Returning for the 3rd year in a row, Tangible Collective will curate their much loved Swap Meet artist market in PF's Upstairs Gallery #247 as a unique oasis within Art-A-Whirl, the largest open studio tour in the nation. Join us all weekend for music and artist vendors!

Art-A-Whirl weekend at Public Functionary includes extended hours for PF Cafe, Alexandra Beaumont's Techniques For Ecstasy on view in the main gallery, Swap Meet in the upstairs gallery, and all PF Studios (400, 471, 281, 306) open!
