Art Resource Gallery Edina is delighted to provide the work and presence of Patricia Canney, a prolific Minnesota artist.
A master painter of dresses and textiles, nature, and places. Patricia has an amazing ability to depict the drapes, folds, and patina of fabric. The way light bounces off of satin, silk, and chiffon. She was heavily influenced by the vintage fashion of the 1950s, and her parents’ small town café influenced her paintings of restaurant interiors.
