"The Argyle Zebra Gallery has been a part of the Lowertown neighborhood in St. Paul for nearly twenty-seven years!!

In 2021, we embarked on a journey; making a significant pivot away from the ‘pay-to-play’ co-operative model toward a community gallery grounded in an intention to better serve the robust creative community surrounding us.

And, we have done just that.

Over the last 3 years, we have engaged with & supported close to 600 local artists. This was accomplished by staying true to our mission of providing access to exhibition space, free of the typical restrictions imposed on artists;  like submission fees, themes, medium limitations, etc.  

As a women led non-profit, this has been a labor of love. Full of highs and lows. We continue to be inspired by our cherished artists and their resilience through tough times.  And grateful to our community of patrons who have supported our efforts.  Our commmitment to moving forward is fueled by all of you!!

As a part of our evening of celebration, we will be hosting a SILENT ART AUCTION to raise funds to support our ongoing efforts. This will be an amazing opportunity for art lovers to acquire an original piece of artwork while supporting a great cause*.  

One of the most magnificent things about COMMUNITY is that it enables us to impact people in a way we otherwise couldn’t as individuals. When we pool our STRENGTH we can WELCOME & SUPPORT many.  Thank you all for being a part of this beautiful community.
