"My heart behind this exhibition is to capture the fleeting moments of a summer's day and evoke the emotional connection with the way I witness nature through the lens of my inner child. This artwork beautifully intertwines abstract and realism, possessing a unique and modern feel, while incorporating whimsical elements inspired by the art we all made throughout our childhoods. This show features graphite drawings on paper as well as mixed media paintings on canvas created through the process of layering spray paint, ink, acrylic and oil paint.” -Anja Gridley
