deep freeze – annual small works exhibition

CIRCA Gallery presents an online group exhibition of small works

CIRCA Gallery debuts their annual small works show, deep freeze, featuring new work from artists on their roster. The show will be featured on circagallery.org from December 28, 2021-January 13, 2022. The gallery recommends using a large screen for optimal viewing of the digital exhibition.

deep freeze includes contemporary work from the gallery’s collection. Highlights include an array of dynamic line drawings from Nina Ghanbarzadeh (Milwaukee, WI), geometric paintings on glass from Ann Ledy (New York, NY), and an abstract warm-weather landscape by Lisa Grossman (Lawrence, KS). Additional artists in the exhibition include Karian Amaya (Guadalajara, Mexico), Evan Blackwell (Atlanta, GA), Michael Hoffman (Saint Louis, MO), Ahavani Mullen (Chicago, IL), Carmen Vetter (Portland, OR), and Kathleen Waterloo (Chicago, IL).

CIRCA Gallery celebrates 31 years of offering artwork from emerging and established contemporary artists to its collectors and community. CIRCA operates on an online-only and appointment-only basis, using digital exhibitions and online events to bring abstract artwork to an ever-expanding audience.
