About the Curator:

Pao Houa Her is a Hmong American photographer whose works are primarily centered around the history and lived experiences of the Hmong people. Her's work was included in the 2022 Whitney Biennial. She is a 2023 Guggenheim Fellow in Photography. Her currently teaches at the University of Minnesota as an Associate Professor in the Department of Art.
