Charbel Abuxapqui will be in attendance and doing a live mural painting. Enjoy one of the many craft brewed beers and delicious, authentic latin bar food from the La Doña taproom kitchen, while taking in the other worldly illustrations of Charbel Abuxapqui, featuring grotesquely friendly, yet lovable extraterrestrials and multidimensional beings. Prints will be available for purchase.

About the Artist

Charbel Abuxapqui is a contemporary artist based in Mexico City. He is best known for his detailed illustrations and murals using pointillism. Charbel Abuxapqui has created album cover art for indie rap group Epic Beard Men and electronic music group Crystal Fighters. His murals adorn walls in public spaces throughout Mexico. Although no stranger to international art exhibitions, this is the first showing of his illustrations in the United States.
