The Northrup King Building is the largest building taking part in Art-A-Whirl 2018 with 300 artists opening their private studios and galleries for the weekend. Enjoy thousands of pieces of visual art in nearly every art medium, live music and art demonstrations throughout the weekend. This is a FREE event with FREE parking.

&ldquo;ART-A-WHIRL&reg; is an open studio tour in Northeast Minneapolis showcasing the work of&nbsp;NEMAA&nbsp;members. ART-A-WHIRL&reg; is a federally-registered trademark of&nbsp;<a href="https://nemaa.org/" target="_blank">NEMAA</a>.&rdquo;

Open Saturdays - Open every Saturday from 12pm to 4pm.
First Thursdays - open studios the first Thursday of every month from 5pm to 9pm.
Art-A-Whirl - takes place every May.
Art Attack - takes place every November.

The Northrup King Building is primarily a working artist building. That means that the building does not set regular hours. Each artist sets their own hours when they are open to the public. Many artist are available by appointment only. Please contact individual artists for their hours.
