Snack and Squish

This month's theme is "Hunt and Gather".

Escape your regular life in the middle of the month in the middle of the day to explore fun themes at Clay Squared’s Snack and Squish! Owners Josh Blanc and Layl McDill love to find unique treasures to use in their art. Josh has an artful collection of stamps and Layl as junk jars galore! We will share some stories of discoveries we’ve made as we’ve traveled about or just poked around our own basement! Then do a little squishing of clay onto a small bake-able object in Layl’s studio and play around with texture in Josh’s space.

We will be revealing surprising connections while you learn more about Clay Squared and have interesting conversations. Our snacks this time will be hunted and gathered from one of our favorite local places: Holy Land!
Make your lunch break out-of-this-world fun! Bring a coworker, friend, spouse, date, children or furry friend. We take them all!  This is a great community networking event- you never know who you will meet- local arts organizers, publishers, artists, business owners, and more!
